How exactly does the referral reward work?
Have your friend pop your name or email in the order notes (or just tell us) when they place their first order. Once it ships, you'll both get £5 off — them on that order, you on your next one.
Do points expire?
Points stay on your account as long as you're an active customer. If that ever changes we'll let you know well in advance — no surprises.
